at Whalen Cabin.

By registering for this event participants waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages against the City of Decorah, Decorah Parks and Recreation and its employees, Luther College, and other sponsors and volunteers for any and all injuries that may be suffered in connection with this event. Participants grant the Decorah Parks and Recreation Department and Luther College permission to use pictures or videos taken during the event. Participants waive the right to inspection and compensation.
